What was your favorite candy when you were a kid? How does that compare to now?
When I was a kid, I adored all the chocolate from the Kinder brand made by Ferrero, but none more than the Kinder Surprise.
As cool as the toys were (I remember having a football player that could kick a hexagonal football into a plastic net as well as some metal soldiers that I have in a collection box at my parent's house), it was the chocolate that was the best. I even preferred the non-toy Kinder Chocolate sticks at times, because there was more chocolate goodness to go into my mouth.
I still buy a Kinder Surprise now and again, and I regularly pick up a Kinder Bueno twin-pack as a guilty pleasure snack.
